Committee Membership The Forest Park Southeast Development Review Committee is currently accepting applications from interested individuals to serve on the committee. The application to serve on the committee is available here.
The committee will be composed of a minimum of 9 members: (2) residents south of Manchester, (2) residents east of Newstead and north of Manchester, (2) residents west of Newstead and north of Manchester, (1) member of the Grove CID, (1) developer of real property in the neighborhood and (1) owner of commercial property in the neighborhood. Residents, property owners, and employees of a business within the neighborhood may also apply and the committee may be as large as 15 members.
