Neighborhoods We Serve
Park Central coordinates development review across several neighborhoods in the central corridor of St. Louis. Each neighborhood has planning documents and review processes that guide responsible development and long term neighborhood investment.
Forest Park Southeast
Development in Forest Park Southeast is guided by the neighborhood's Form Based Code and vision plan, which help maintain the walkable urban character of the neighborhood.
Central West End
Development in the Central West End is guided by the Central West End Form Based Code which establishes design standards for building scale, placement, and streetscape relationships while preserving the neighborhood's historic mixed use character.
